WIX Platform Developer

ATLAS INITIATIVE CIC is seeking a versatile professional with deep expertise in both the WIX platform and administrative support. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical web design skills and organizational excellence, capable of building engaging WIX websites while efficiently managing daily administrative operations. This dual-role opportunity is perfect for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, values precision, and enjoys working at the intersection of digital tools and business coordination.

Responsibilities:

1. Design and maintain engaging, user-friendly websites on the Wix platform.
2. Implement custom Wix functionalities and troubleshoot site issues as needed

Requirements:

1. Proven experience with Wix website creation and customization (minimum 1 year).
2. Strong understanding of UI/UX best practices.
3. Design engaging Wix websites.
4. Implement custom functionalities.
5. Troubleshoot technical issues.
   
    

Would be a plus:

1. Create short-form videos (3–5 minutes) for content marketing or internal communication.
2. Creation of Visualisations of various types using JSON file
3. High proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Drive).
4. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
5. Experience in short video content creation.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
7. Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
8. High level of discretion and trustworthiness with confidential information.
9. Adaptability and resilience in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
10. Positive, proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
