Head of Outbound to $2500

LongRun is a fast-growing US-based GTM agency, we doubled revenue 2 months straight and just signed our first Fortune 500 client. Now we need someone to own our delivery operations as we scale.

What You'll Do:

Run the show for client campaigns from start to finish:

• Lead our delivery team (3 direct reports)
• Write killer cold email copy that converts
• Manage Fortune 500 and enterprise clients
• Hit performance targets and optimize results
• Be the face of delivery for our biggest accounts

Day-to-day Operations:

• Weekly client calls and strategy sessions
• Review and approve all campaigns before launch
• Monitor team KPIs, sending volume and campaign performance
• Coordinate with tech and automation teams
• Drive continuous improvement across all accounts

Who We Want:

• 5+ years in B2B outbound or lead generation
• 3+ years managing teams and client relationships
• Expert cold email copywriter with proven results
• Data-driven - you live in the metrics
• Available US Central hours (8am - 5pm CT)

Bonus points:

• Experience with enterprise/Fortune 500 clients
• Agency background
• Know tools like Email Bison and Clay
