Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager

VitaUp is a premium supplement brand scaling fast on Amazon US & EU. We already have top-tier products, strong Amazon positioning, and are entering new geos.

 

We’re looking for a strategic and data-driven Affiliate Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our affiliate growth engine. You’ll be joining a brand with proven traction and the ambition to dominate the wellness category.

What you’ll do
 

  • Build and scale a profitable affiliate channel for Amazon and Shopify (US + EU).
  • Identify, negotiate and manage relationships with high-performing affiliates, influencers, publishers and platforms (ShareASale, CJ, Rakuten, Impact, Awin etc.).
  • Optimize funnels for affiliate traffic: improve conversion rate, ROAS, EPC, LTV.
  • Drive attribution tracking and actionable reporting to identify top partners and scale what works.
  • Collaborate with brand, design and product teams to test offers, creatives and landing pages.
  • Stay ahead of trends in affiliate marketing and navigate compliance and regulatory specifics in the supplements niche.

 

You’ll be a great fit if you…

 

  • Have a proven track record of scaling acquisition channels through affiliates or performance partnerships.
  • Are comfortable owning a $50K+ monthly budget and making decisions based on ROAS and revenue.
  • Excel at negotiating with senior-level decision makers, influencers, and networks.
  • Are analytical and data-driven, confident working with performance dashboards, attribution tools and growth metrics.
  • Understand the nuances of health & wellness affiliate marketing — what gets clicks, what converts, and what’s compliant.
  • Love building systems from scratch and treat every partner like a business unit, not just a link.

 

Requirements
 

  • 4+ years in affiliate, partnership or performance marketing — preferably in DTC or e-commerce.
  • Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms (Impact, Awin, Rakuten, etc.).
  • Fluent English (B2+): you’ll be negotiating with partners across the US and Europe.
  • Advanced Google Sheets / Excel skills; bonus if you’ve worked with GA, Looker, or custom dashboards.
  • Independent, proactive and structured — you’ll be the expert in this channel.


Nice to have

 

  • Experience in Pay Per Call, LeadGen or regulated verticals like health, finance, or insurance.
  • Previous success launching affiliate programs for Amazon-based or health-focused brands.
