French-speaking PM

Description:
Devabit is looking for a Junior PM Assistant with proficiency in French to support the process of sourcing translators for localization projects. 

 

Experience:

  • Proven project management experience preferably in healthcare or customer service.
  • Familiarity with booking systems and interpretation services.
    Customer Service Skills:
  • Strong customer service orientation with a focus on satisfaction and support.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for relationship building with hospital personnel and interpreters.


Technical Proficiency:

  • Competent in reporting tools, and administrative tasks.
     

Communication Abilities:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in French and English for clear stakeholder interaction.
  • Ability to present data effectively.


Proactivity and Organization:

  • Proactive problem-solving skills and strong organizational abilities.
     

Attention to Detail:

  • Meticulous in managing bookings, logistical, and data tasks with a focus on accuracy.
     

Adaptability:

  • Flexible to evolving needs as the contract progresses.

 

Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborative team player.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out operational tasks in the process of sourcing and selecting candidates for localization/interpretation projects.
  • Posting job openings and maintaining their relevance on internal and external platforms.
  • Conducting initial resume screening and phone/online interviews in French and English.
  • Coordinating interviews between candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Keeping candidate data up to date in CRM/ATS systems in line with internal standards.
  • Collaborating with the localization/translation team to ensure timely and high-quality vacancy fulfillment.

 

 

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in French (B2+ level).
  • Knowledge of English (B1+ level or higher).
  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes or a strong willingness to learn quickly.
  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to work with large volumes of information.
  • Strong communication skills and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Experience or internship in HR, recruitment, or localization will be an advantage.
