We are looking for a proactive, results-driven Business Development Associate to work hand in hand with our Head of Sales & Marketing, help expand our client pipeline, build strategic B2B relationships, and drive growth across global markets.
 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
 

• Learn and grow directly under the Head of Sales & Marketing. This is a mentorship-first role. You will be guided, trained, and coached step by step — starting with the fundamentals: our goals and the intent behind every action, the tools we work with, how we segment markets and categorize accounts, how we measure what works. Everything listed below is where you will arrive, not where you are expected to start.
• Scope is not limited to a fixed list. Priorities shift as we test and learn, so flexibility matters more than a checklist. Broadly, the areas you will be working in include:
• Lead Generation & Research: Identify and qualify B2B prospects, map key decision-makers (C-level, VP, Directors), and analyze target market segments.
• Multichannel Outreach: Build, execute, and optimize outbound campaigns across platforms.
• Discovery & Qualification: Conduct initial discovery calls, pitch company capabilities, qualify potential deals, and hand off qualified leads to senior sales managers.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date CRM database, track lead status, and report on key outreach metrics.
• Strategy & Experimentation: Test new outreach angles, messaging templates, and audience segments to improve conversion rates and reply ratios.

REQUIREMENTS:
 

• Prior work experience in any professional environment — the field and the number of years are not important. What matters is that you already know a job is a job: deadlines are real, results are expected, and nobody will do your work for you.
• Intermediate (B2) English — comfortable in both written and spoken communication.
• Genuine willingness to learn, take feedback, and apply it immediately.
• Self-organization, attention to detail, and ownership of the tasks you take on.

NICE TO HAVE:
 

• Hands-on experience with automation and prospecting tools
• Understanding of B2B sales cycles and lead qualification frameworks.
• Background in IT services (outsourcing/outstaffing) or B2B SaaS solutions.
