AI Creative Specialist (Video-Focused)
Format: Remote / Hybrid
Location: Poland or Ukraine

We are looking for a specialist who can create high-performing video creatives using AI tools.
Experience in gambling is not mandatory — what matters is having successful, proven case studies you can showcase.

Requirements:

• Proficiency with multiple AI tools (Pika, Runway, Sora, Kaiber, Synthesia, etc.);
• Understanding which tools fit specific tasks and budgets;
• Ability to produce video creatives for performance marketing (UGC, reels, stories, banners, etc.);
• Knowledge of how to impact CPA, CTR, CR through creatives;
• Capability to set up an end-to-end process: from idea and prompt to final video;
• Skills in testing, scaling, and optimizing creatives.

Nice to have:

• Experience in gambling, betting, or nutraceutical niches;
• Portfolio with measurable results (showing performance metrics);
• English proficiency for team communication and working with AI tool interfaces.
