Globy is a B2B marketplace connecting global suppliers and buyers, streamlining cross-border sourcing, and digitizing trade workflows. We’re expanding fast and looking for a PPC Marketer focused on Google Ads to scale high-intent acquisition across multiple regions and languages.

 

 

What you’ll do

 

  • Own our Google Ads program end-to-end: Search, Performance Max, Display/Discovery, and Remarketing.
  • Build and iterate growth experiments: audience tests, creative/asset variations, bid strategies, and geo/language splits.
  • Translate business goals into media plans, budgets, and forecasted outcomes.
  • Set up tracking: GA4 events, enhanced conversions, GTM, conversion value rules, offline conversion imports, and UTM governance.
  • Partner with Content/SEO and Product to brief landing pages, improve CVR, and align messaging to segments.
  • Monitor performance and profitability by market and funnel stage.

 

 

Must-haves

 

  • English B2+ with clear written communication.
  • GA4 power user with a solid grasp of attribution, event modeling, and funnels.
  • Strong understanding of web tech: how websites work, basics of HTML/CSS/JS, data layers, and how changes impact tracking and performance.
  • Creative mindset for ad copy, assets, and value propositions that resonate with B2B audiences.
  • Up-to-date on PPC trends: PMax best practices, RSAs, audience signals, data-driven bidding, and privacy changes.
  • E-commerce experience, ideally with marketplaces and B2B funnels.
  • Experience running multilingual, multi-geo campaigns.

 

 

Nice to have

 

  • Experience with Microsoft/Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta platforms.
  • Skills with data analysis and dedicated tools.
  • CRM/lead lifecycle understanding and offline conversion workflows.
