We are looking for a driven Affiliate Manager who already understands how the gambling vertical works, knows how to lead affiliates not only in CRM but also to the result 💸 If you don't just “write back to partners” but really build relationships and know how to calculate ROI - welcome!

💼 What you need to do: 

● Build, develop, and monetize relationships with affiliates 

● Onboard new partners - from the first “hello” to the launch of traffic 

● Work with analytics: conversion tracking, traffic quality, LTV 

● Solve problems faster than slot support 😎 

● Provide feedback on offers, traffic, sources, creatives 

● Keep your finger on the pulse: trends, conferences, new geos 

✅ What we expect from you: 

● 1+ year of experience in affiliate/gambling (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid are your friends) 

● Understanding of different traffic sources 

● Communication skills + responsibility are a must 

● Experience in working with tracking systems and affiliate platforms 

● English - from Upper-Intermediate
