Product Manager

What you will do

• Analyze the market: follow trends, competitor offers, and new technologies to propose advanced solutions for customers.
• Design custom solutions: work with engineering and product teams to build infrastructures that match client needs.
• Work with customers: find their needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Manage the product: lead strategic product lines, create and update roadmaps, and be responsible for the full pipeline/funnel.
• Plan demand and supply for products and solutions coming from data centers.
• Grow sales and channels: build and maintain relationships with current and new data center partners.
• Manage pricing and offers: handle requests about prices, roadmaps, and programs, and keep our offers competitive.

• Keep developing your expertise: maintain certifications and stay up to date with market trends and technologies.

   

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager / Growth Product or similar.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure: dedicated servers and hybrid solutions (on-premises + cloud).
• Experience managing the product life cycle and planning demand and supply.
• Knowledge of business standards: GDPR, ISO/IEC 27001, NIS2.
• Experience working with resellers/partner networks; knowledge of the markets in Ukraine, Europe, and the USA.

• Fluent English (written and spoken).

   

Nice to have

• Experience in the web-hosting industry.

• Experience in business development/sales or as a systems/pre-sales engineer.

   

Working conditions:

• Remote work, european-based company.
• Schedule: 5 working days / 2 days off.
• Working hours: fixed, from 9:00 to 18:00.
• Lunch break: flexible, 1 hour between 12:00 and 15:00.
• Mandatory probationary period of 2-3 months (can be finished earlier, retroactively).
• Compensation of tax payments, accounting support after successful adaptation.

• Payment of income strictly monthly and without delays.
