Senior Data Analyst (Power BI)

💼 Project Overview

We're looking for a Senior Data Analyst with solid experience in Power BI to join an ambitious Fintech platform that supports Private Equity sponsors in managing their portfolios with precision. You'll be working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment where your dashboards and insights will directly influence strategic decisions.

🧠 What You'll Be Doing

• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
• Design and optimize data models (star/snowflake schema) to support scalable reporting
• Analyze data from DWHs and large datasets, ensuring quality and consistency
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to turn complex business questions into clear analytical insights
• Perform data storytelling and present findings in a visually compelling and actionable way
• Help define and implement data governance and best practices
• Stay on top of trends in Microsoft Data Fabric and the broader analytics ecosystem

✅ What We're Looking For

Must-haves:

• 3+ years in Data Analytics or a similar analytical role
• Strong Power BI skills (DAX, Power Query, performance tuning)
• Solid knowledge of data modeling and working with data warehouses
• Proficiency in data visualization and storytelling
• Strong analytical mindset and communication skills
• Experience handling large, complex datasets

Nice-to-haves:

• Familiarity with Microsoft Data Fabric, Azure Data Services, SQL, and ETL tools
• Background in BI, statistics, or related field
