Junior n8n Specialist with Prompt Engineering and AI Automation Experience
We are a small AI agency that builds custom automation and agent-based systems for businesses worldwide.
I’m the technical lead of all of our projects 🙋♂️, and I’m looking for a Junior n8n specialist who is also comfortable with prompt engineering and working with AI nodes in n8n. This person will eventually take over my responsibilities in building projects.
We’re looking for someone interested in growing with us long-term. This role will gradually involve more responsibilities and projects over time, but we’ll start small to make sure it’s a good fit.
This is contract-based work, so we won't start full-time or part-time, but rather on a project-by-project basis first. Then, we can grow to more stable employment.

What you'll be doing:
- Building automations with n8n, including advanced AI flows
- Working on RAG systems, API integrations, and data workflows
- Collaborating closely with me on system design and development
- Using our templates and SOPs to get up to speed quickly

🛠 Must have:
- 1+ year experience in AI automations
- Solid experience with n8n, especially AI-related nodes
- Hands-on experience with RAG setups
- Good understanding of prompt engineering
- Able to communicate confidently in English (!)
- Available for communication at least 6 hours/day in CET time (10am–9pm range)

- Manychat experience
- Knowledge of Polish, Ukrainian, or Belarusian
- Based in Europe (preferred, not required)

Important notes:
- The role will start as contract-based, with the possibility of moving to a monthly retainer later on.
- We usually set fixed prices per project, but hourly billing is also an option.
- For simple AI agent projects (which typically take me ~4 hours, including testing), we offer €250–€300 per agent 💵
- For more complex, custom projects, pricing will be discussed in advance or based on hourly work.
- We’re flexible on pricing and perfectly understand how much time it takes to build a certain solution.
