• Build end-to-end AI features: data scraping → RAG pipelines → automated system sync.

• Validate & iterate on AI outputs for production-grade accuracy.
• Contribute light DevOps, CI/CD, SRE for 99.9% uptime.

DAY-TO-DAY OWNERSHIP

• Ship code daily (PHP Laravel & Python FastAPI).
• Pair with AI teammates (Cursor, Claude Code) for 10× throughput.
• Review logs/metrics, squash bugs, automate yourself out of toil.
• Collaborate with leadership on roadmap & architecture.

MUST-HAVE SUPER-POWERS

• Proven experience shipping AI-powered production systems (not research).
• Hands-on with RAG pipelines, large-scale scraping, prompt engineering.
• Strong API integration & automation chops.
• Rapid context switching, self-starter, ownership mindset.
• Upper-Interm. English, clear async communication.
