Halon Partners is a fast-growing international iGaming company. We launch large-scale online casino projects across global markets and actively invest in the growth of our brands and teams.

 

We’re currently looking for a Country Manager to take full ownership of one of our key brands in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).

 

Your Responsibilities

  • Own the brand’s growth strategy and performance in the DACH market
  • Manage local acquisition, retention, VIP, and promotional efforts
  • Work cross-functionally with CRM, creative, support, payments, and product teams
  • Optimize user journeys, conversion funnels, and bonus mechanics for local audiences
  • Launch and manage local marketing campaigns tailored to DACH players
  • Monitor key KPIs: player behavior, revenue, engagement, churn
  • Build local partnerships (streamers, media, affiliates, influencers)
  • Present updates, performance, and market feedback directly to the founders

     

Who You Are

  • 2+ years of experience in iGaming in roles such as Country Manager
  • Experience working with Curacao-licensed (or similar) casino brands
  • Deep understanding of the online casino player lifecycle and acquisition funnels
  • Business-driven, analytical, and hands-on
  • Familiar with market dynamics, trends, and regulatory nuances in the DACH region
  • Strong communication and leadership skills

 

Nice to Have

  • Direct experience working in the DACH market
  • Background in startups or small, agile teams
  • Hands-on experience across CRM, VIP, Creative, or Affiliate Marketing functions
