Project CS Manager (or Team Manager — Counter-Strike)

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Project CS Manager to join our esports organization and take a key role in managing and developing our CS2 team. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of the competitive CS2 scene, strong leadership skills, and the ability to handle both strategic and operational tasks.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Develop training strategies and tournament preparation plans
  • Analyze opponents and create match-specific tactics
  • Set KPIs for the team, monitor progress, and evaluate performance
  • Represent the team at tournaments and media events; support the team’s public image
  • Build and implement a long-term strategy to improve the team’s competitiveness
  • Coordinate all logistics for tournaments, bootcamps, and team travels (visas, flights, accommodation)
  • Communicate with tournament organizers, league representatives, and partners
  • Help resolve internal issues, maintain team morale and a healthy working environment
  • Manage and organize documentation (passports, NDAs, contracts, tournament applications)
  • Assist with content sessions (video, photo shoots, social media support)
  • Basic work with tools such as Excel, Discord, and Google Calendar

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE

  • Proven experience in esports as a captain, coach, team manager, or in a similar leadership role
  • In-depth understanding of Counter-Strike 2 mechanics, meta, strategies, and the structure of the professional scene
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in match reviews and opponent scouting
  • Conversational English skills, sufficient for communication at international tournaments and with global players
  • Previous experience working with Tier-1 or Tier-2 Counter-Strike teams
  • Familiarity with tournament organizers, league operations, and event logistics
  • Experience in building or supporting a team’s media presence and public image
  • Existing industry connections within the professional CS2 ecosystem
