π― Role Purpose
Due to a high internal demand for employee development, we are looking for a Learning & Development Manager to establish a structured and strategic approach to learning β from building a knowledge base and coordinating coaching sessions to developing training programs and working with external providers.
π§© Key Tasks During the Probation Period (2β3 months)
- Build a structured knowledge base by department and function (using both internal materials and external vendors).
- Create a training and development calendar for the remainder of the year.
Plan and budget educational programs on a monthly basis.
π‘ Requirements
- Higher education in HR, Psychology, Education, or related fields (Masterβs degree is a plus).
- 3+ years of experience in Learning & Development or HR.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and modern instructional methods.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs.
- Experience with e-learning platforms, LMS, and HRIS is an advantage.
- Experience working with external training vendors and analyzing the learning services market.
- Strong skills in budgeting and ROI analysis for L&D initiatives.
- English proficiency β B2 level or higher (working level).

- Design and implement learning programs aligned with business goals.
- Analyze training needs across departments and levels.
- Organize and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and both group and individual coaching.
- Develop and maintain an up-to-date internal knowledge base.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives, gather feedback, and optimize content.
- Select, onboard, and manage relationships with external learning providers.
- Plan and manage the learning and development budget.
- Support the growth of high-potential employees with personalized development plans.
- Monitor learning trends and integrate modern tools and approaches into L&D processes.
