Product Designer (Lead Marketplace) to $2000 Offline

We at Real Estate Bees build a platform that connects verified property owners with real estate investors. We are building Lead Marketplace, where investors can browse, filter, and purchase access to motivated seller leads

We're looking for a Product Designer to take ownership of the Marketplace UI/UX — someone who knows how to visually communicate value and drive users toward conversion.
 

🔧 What you'll do:

• Design core flows of our Lead Marketplace: search, filtering, lead cards, purchase flow, and access permissions.
• Work with an existing UI Kit and visual style in Figma — but also bring your own ideas to evolve it.
• Build wireframes, prototypes, and interaction flows that turn complex data into intuitive, attractive experiences.
• Collaborate with CPO, CMO, CTO, and dev team (frontend + backend), as well as a supporting graphic designer.
• Launch A/B tests, track results, and iterate fast based on user behavior.
• Make users want to purchase lead access — because the design makes the value feel tangible.
   

✅ Requirements:

• 3+ years in product/UI/UX design (ideally 5+).
• Strong portfolio in marketplace or SaaS products — this is a must have.
• Good grasp of user psychology, conversion-focused design, and layout hierarchy.
• Proficiency in Figma: components, responsive design, prototyping, visual systems.
• Experience with UX analytics and A/B testing.
• Self-driven, proactive, and capable of owning the product experience.

💡 Nice to have:
Background in real estate, fintech, or any data-rich B2B tools.

Understanding of monetization flows, gated access, and “preview vs full” data presentation.
