What You'll Be Doing:

  • Designing and executing PPC strategies across Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, DSA) and Meta Ads (Lead Ads) to drive high-quality applicant traffic for the US and DACH markets;
  • Working with large-scale dynamic feeds (thousands to millions of pages) to build scalable ad campaigns;
  • Setting up and managing tracking infrastructure (UTM, GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, Conversion API);
  • Continuously optimizing campaigns for CPA, ROAS, and CR through data analysis and iterative testing;
  • Running A/B tests on creatives, copy, and targeting to improve performance;
  • Collaborating closely with affiliate, sales, and tech teams to align strategies and maximize campaign impact;
  • Monitoring campaign performance and scaling successful setups.

 

You are our ideal candidate if you have:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in PPC/performance marketing, preferably with large-scale campaigns;
  • Proven track record of managing paid media budgets of $50K+ monthly;
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, DSA) and Meta Ads platforms;
  • Experience with analytics and tracking tools: GA4, GTM, UTM tagging, conversion tracking setup;
  • Familiarity with feed-based advertising and dynamic campaign management (experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, lead generation, or related industries is a strong plus);
  • Data-driven mindset: you measure, test, and optimize to deliver measurable results;
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally;
  • Experience running campaigns targeting US and/or EU markets;
  • Fluency in Ukrainian and a B1+ level of English.

 

It would be a plus if you have:

  • Understanding of affiliate marketing or traffic arbitrage;
  • Knowledge of XML/JSON feeds and structured ad delivery systems;
  • Familiarity with performance funnels and landing page logic for lead or application conversions.
