Lead Generation Trainee to $350

We are looking for a motivated and curious Lead Generation Trainee to join our team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is just starting their journey in IT, sales or marketing and wants to gain hands-on experience in B2B lead generation.

You'll gain practical experience with tasks such as:

• Researching potential leads using LinkedIn and other databases
• Assisting in outreach campaigns on LinkedIn and via email
• Supporting the team with lead generation efforts on platforms like Upwork
• Maintaining and updating lead databases (Google Sheets / Notion)
• Using AI tools to speed up research and copywriting

• Learning how to work in a team that serves international B2B clients in the outsourcing / outstaffing space

  
  Not required, but will be a plus:

• Previous experience in B2B lead generation, sales or client outreach
• Upper-Intermediate+ English (especially written)
• Interest in AI tools and automation
• General understanding of B2B tech sales or the IT outsourcing industry
