Senior PPC Manager
We’re hiring a Senior PPC Manager to lead and scale paid user acquisition in the financial services niche (Payday Loans) across high-risk GEOs: Romania, Czech Republic, Spain, Mexico, India.
You’ll own full-funnel strategy and execution across Google Ads, TikTok, Meta, ASA, Microsoft Ads, and more — navigating ad restrictions, optimizing for CAC, ROAS, LTV, and driving performance at scale.

Main Responsibilities:
- Build and execute a full-funnel PPC strategy in the financial services niche (Payday Loans), across multiple GEOs (Romania, Czech Republic, Spain, Mexico, India ).
- Launch, manage, and scale advertising campaigns in Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max), Apple Search Ads, TikTok Ads, FB Ads, UAC, Microsoft Ads, and DSPs, with full compliance and experience navigating ad bans.
- Take full ownership of white account structure and performance in high-risk GEOs (e.g. Romania ), including campaign launch, budget allocation, testing, and reporting.
- Run mobile acquisition campaigns (UAC, ASA), optimize store listings for App Store / Google Play, and improve install-to-activation conversion rates.
- Execute A/B and multivariate testing for creatives, headlines, prelanders, landing pages, and full user journey flows based on data-driven hypothes.
- Continuously optimize campaigns for CAC, CR, ROAS, LTV. Build and implement smart bidding strategies, rules, and scripts for Google Ads.
- Build full tracking logic via GTM, GA4, Appsflyer, Adjust, event setup, end-to-end funnel attribution and event configuration.
- Write clear and technical task briefs (BRDs) for designers, developers, analysts, and be hands-on in building and iterating paid traffic flows.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Media Buyers, Affiliate Managers, Retention, and SMM teams to improve user quality, CR, and LTV.
- Test and launch new traffic sources (ideally together with MediaBuy): Push, Native, TikTok Ads, Facebook Ads, and beyond Google stack.
Professional Qualifications:
- 3+ years of hands-on PPC experience (Google Ads, UAC, ASA) in high-competition verticals: finance, lending, betting, crypto, gambling.
- Proven success launching and scaling paid campaigns in 3+ GEOs (EU / LATAM / Tier 1), including white / gray account management.
- Experience in mobile app promotion via UAC and ASA, with a strong focus on CR, cost per install, and post-install event optimization.
- Expertise in GA4, GTM, GSC, Appsflyer, Adjust.
- Experience writing technical briefs for designers and developers, building testing pipelines, and setting up campaign flows from scratch.
- Deep knowledge of A/B testing, ad copywriting, landing page optimization, UX patterns, and funnel analysis.
- English B2+ or higher. Spanish or Romanian is a plus.
- Bonus: experience managing a team (1–3 people) or desire to grow into a PPC Team Lead role.
- Bonus: experience with traffic arbitrage, affiliate PPC, or white-label fintech offers.
