Senior UI/UX Designer (Banking) $$$$ Offline

Your mission is to deliver high-quality and human-centered design concepts and collaborate with your team and other stakeholders to provide the best solutions on time.

Responsibilities:

○ Identify and realize user personas, user flow, and user journeys
○ Produce complete wireframes and prototypes
○ Provide intuitive and modern digital interfaces
○ Deliver daily UI tasks respecting the timing
○ Use & support current Design System
○ Support and propose documentation for components and design patterns
○ Demonstrate communication skills and articulate your design decisions to the stakeholders
○ Collaborate with other designers to maintain design consistency

Mandatory Skills Description:

○ 5+ years of experience in Web and UX design
○ Knowledge of Atomic Design
○ Proficiency in Figma, including team libraries, auto layout, component properties, branching, and variables
○ Good understanding of user personas and user flows
○ Ability to demonstrate a portfolio showcasing UX and UI design work, including the process behind it
○ Flexible and client-oriented mindset
○ Continuously staying up to date with the latest UX/UI trends
○ Understanding of branding and the value of a Design System
○ A team player who enjoys working, interacting, and learning with a remote team of professionals
○ Strong English skills are mandatory for client communication
○ Highly organised, autonomous, and detail-oriented

Nice-to-Have Skills Description:

○ Experience in financial design is a big plus
○ Knowledge of HTML & CSS & Creative suite is a plus
○ UI animation is a plus
