Senior Email/LinkedIn Lead Generation Manager Offline

We’re Leadera, a fast-growing lead generation agency working with top-tier clients in SaaS, consulting, recruiting, real estate, and more. (No IT outsourcing — ever.)
 

We’re growing our team and looking for a Lead Gen Specialist with hands-on experience building and managing cold email campaigns that actually work.
 

What you’ll do:

• Build and maintain cold email campaigns (Lemlist, Instantly, Smartlead, etc.)
• Set up inboxes, domains, warmup, and monitor deliverability
• Write and optimize Spintax email sequences
• Find, clean, and validate leads via Apollo, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
• Track campaign health, analyze performance, and fix issues fast
• Create simple LinkedIn outreach flows
• Report on progress and help improve results
   

What we expect:

• At least basic hands-on experience running cold outreach (email / LinkedIn)
• English level B1–B2+ (we’ll support you with courses if needed)
• Attention to detail, logic, and problem-solving mindset
• Full-time availability
• Desire to grow fast, work smart, and contribute to a winning team
