Product Manager (New Product)

About the Product

As our Product Manager for the New Advertising Product, your mission is to develop and launch a powerful automated AdTech platform. You will define product strategy from the ground up, identify monetization models, and orchestrate cross-functional teams to bring a high-impact solution to market. You'll have access to existing infrastructure, including internal data platforms and industry network, to accelerate development and go-to-market. Your leadership will help the company be at the forefront of the digital advertising landscape globally.
 

Responsibilities

  • Build a new advertising product from scratch, from idea to launch
  • Define product features and roadmap for the initial release and beyond
  • Design optimal revenue models (CPC, CPM, CPA, RTB)
  • Apply deep AdTech expertise to develop sustainable monetization models
  • Formulate and own long-term product strategy and go-to-market alignment
  • Collaborate across marketing, data, design, and engineering teams to ship quickly
  • Represent the product in key international conferences and industry events
     

Requirements

  • Proven product management experience in AdTech, MarTech, or related environments
  • Deep understanding of digital advertising, programmatic solutions, and monetization models (RTB, CPM, CPC, CPA, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience launching new products, startups, or internal ventures
  • Strong analytical skills, strategic mindset, and data-driven decision making
  • Excellent self-organization and ability to thrive in ambiguity
  • Experience managing teams: hiring, motivating, and establishing processes
  • Professional fluency in English (B2+)
