Your mission

As our Business Development Manager, you are the engine behind Daos Hub’s growth. Your mission is to generate high-quality deal flow, convert opportunities into long-term partnerships, and continuously expand the value of our member ecosystem.

At this stage, every deal shapes the trajectory of the hub — who joins, what value they bring, and how the network compounds. You won’t just close sales; you’ll architect relationships that strengthen the entire community.

Your First 90 Days

Days 1–30: Learn & Activate

• Deep dive into Daos Hub’s offering, positioning, and member profiles
• Understand current pipeline, ICPs, and sales materials
• Begin outbound and inbound pipeline generation
• Join discovery calls and start leading your own

Days 30–60: Build & Close

• Own the full sales cycle end-to-end
• Structure and close your first deals (memberships, partnerships, bundles)
• Collaborate closely with Community Managers on upsell opportunities
• Identify gaps and inefficiencies in current BD processes

Days 60–90: Optimize & Scale

• Refine outreach strategies using AI and modern tools
• Build repeatable BD systems and playbooks
• Increase conversion rates and deal velocity
• Actively contribute to shaping Daos Hub’s growth strategy in Dubai

How You’ll Contribute
 

• Build and manage a high-quality inbound and outbound pipeline
• Run sharp discovery calls to deeply understand client needs
• Design and close tailored deals, partnerships, and custom offers
• Drive revenue through memberships, bundles, and strategic collaborations
• Partner with Community Managers to unlock upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Develop and optimize BD processes, systems, and workflows from scratch
• Leverage AI tools to increase outreach efficiency and personalization
• Track performance, analyze results, and continuously improve conversion metrics

What You Bring
 

• 3–5+ years of experience in B2B business development, partnerships, or sales
• Proven track record of closing deals, with clear, measurable results
• Experience operating in fast-paced startup environments
• Confidence in structuring and negotiating non-standard deals
• Hands-on experience building or scaling BD processes from zero
• Strong business communication skills (English C1+ or equivalent)
• High ownership mindset, adaptability, and a bias toward action
• Comfort working on-site in Dubai within a dynamic, high-performance team

Your mission
 

As our Lead Business Development, your mission is to take full ownership of Daos Hub’s growth engine. This is not just about closing deals — it’s about building the systems, strategies, and partnerships that power the entire ecosystem. Based in Dubai — a global Web3 epicenter — you’ll lead the charge in forging high-value relationships, designing scalable outreach pipelines, and packaging our offerings for different market segments. You’ll play a core role in building our initial community of 1,000 members, crafting strategic direction alongside the CEO, and turning vision into traction. This is your chance to define and scale the BizDev function from the ground up at one of the most dynamic Web3 startups in the space.
 

Your First 90 Days: Impact Roadmap
 

• 0–30 Days

Immerse yourself in our product ecosystem, community vision, and strategic goals. Audit current BD processes and pipelines. Build a clear snapshot of existing partnerships, performance metrics, and gaps.

• 31–60 Days

Design and begin executing an upgraded BizDev strategy aligned with our growth objectives. Lead outreach to startups, VCs, service providers, and ecosystem players. Collaborate with the CEO on refining positioning and packaging of partnership offerings.

• 61–90 Days

Establish scalable, data-backed BizDev workflows. Launch pilot community growth initiatives aimed at reaching our first 1,000 members. Report on results and iterate. Begin building out the team and defining long-term growth KPIs.
 

How You’ll Contribute
 

• Own and lead the Business Development department and its outcomes
• Create and implement scalable outreach and conversion strategies across key audiences: startups, scale-ups, VCs, service providers, and ecosystem leaders
• Work directly with the CEO to co-create and drive the company's growth direction
• Optimize the partnership pipeline — from lead gen to deal closure — using proven systems and innovative experimentation
• Lead high-stakes negotiations with strategic partners
• Design product and partnership packages tailored to different verticals and community needs
• Launch strategic community-building initiatives to help us grow to our first 1,000 members
• Track performance across KPIs, iterate rapidly, and double down on what works
• Lead with clarity, inspiring cross-functional collaboration across other teams
   

What You Bring
 

• 5+ years of experience in Business Development, with 2+ years in a leadership or strategic ownership role
• Proven track record in process creation and pipeline optimization that converts into tangible growth
• Experience in building and executing partnership strategies in fast-paced startup environments
• Confident communicator, capable of representing Daos hub with credibility at the highest levels
• Comfortable in ambiguity, fast pivots, and high agency work styles
• Passion for Web3, with a strategic understanding of the ecosystem's key players and trends
• Skilled in stakeholder management, negotiation, and decision-making
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build from zero and scale with purpose
• Based in or willing to relocate to Dubai, ready to plug into a global hub of Web3 innovation

Your mission
 

As CFO at Daos Hub, you’ll take full ownership of finance and legal during a period of intense growth and global expansion. Your key objective will be to develop and implement a self-sustainable business model—one that ensures healthy cash flow, cost efficiency, and long-term financial independence. You’ll lead financial strategy, streamline reporting, optimize unit economics, and ensure readiness for expansion across crypto-friendly jurisdictions. This is a high-impact role for a strategic operator who knows how to build from the ground up, thinks globally, and moves fast.
 

Your First 90 Days: Impact Roadmap

First 30 Days

• Audit financial and legal structure: team, cost/revenue model, contracts, reporting.
• Identify key financial and regulatory risks for scaling.
• Deliver a diagnostic report with clear recommendations.
• Define the vision and draft the initial Business Boost Services package (incl. finance/legal setup).

Days 31–60

• Review and optimize the current financial process, including invoicing and communication with clients.   
• Launch updated financial reporting (burn, runway, P&L, legal status).
• Review contracts, payroll, and subscriptions for efficiency gains.
• Set KPIs and client feedback loop for Business Boost.

Days 61–90

• Update and finalize the company’s financial strategy to support and defend key objectives.
• Implement 1–2 impactful financial or legal improvements.
• Build a financial model for expansion.
• Automate key elements of reporting and compliance.
• Deliver first Business Boost cases, gather results, and present a scale-up roadmap.
   

How You'll Contribute
 

• Lead and manage financial operations across UAE and international entities, including accounting, budgeting, treasury, and reporting.
• Build and oversee FP&A functions: forecasting, pricing strategies, performance tracking, and financial modeling.
• Ensure compliance through audits, tax filings, and regulatory submissions in various jurisdictions.
• Drive financial innovation and scalability through system implementation, automation, and strategic planning.
• Produce investor-ready materials—updates, dashboards, and scenario planning models.
• Manage relationships with banks, payment providers, legal/tax advisors, and government bodies.
• Collaborate with leadership to validate new ventures, optimize cost structures, and explore growth opportunities.
• Oversee finance team performance and coordination with internal and external partners.
• Supervise asset management, inventory processes, and office lease/license renewals.
   

What You Bring

• 7+ years of financial leadership experience, with 3+ years in executive roles (CFO, VP Finance, or Finance Director).
• Proven track record in fast-scaling startups, especially those that grew from an early-stage base into established, multi-market businesses.
• Deep familiarity with Web3 ecosystems and the legal/regulatory landscape across jurisdictions.
• Strong understanding of crypto-friendly jurisdictions and regulatory frameworks—especially across the UAE, Europe, and other relevant markets.
• Experience taking ownership of both finance and legal functions, ideally within high-growth or frontier industries.
• Demonstrated ability to implement financial systems, reporting frameworks, and internal controls from scratch.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. MBA, ACCA, CPA, or other global finance certifications preferred.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken), with excellent communication and decision-making skills.
• Experience with tokenized assets is a strong plus.
