A rapidly growing marketing agency is seeking a dedicated Web Designer with top-tier Figma skills to join our team. You’ll focus exclusively on cutting-edge web and mobile design in Figma—no print or miscellaneous graphic tasks. If you live and breathe Figma, responsive layouts, design systems and prototyping, we want to hear from you!

🎨 Your Mission

• End-to-end web & mobile UI/UX design

  Create and refine high-fidelity desktop and mobile layouts in Figma, from wireframes through pixel-perfect mockups.

• Design Systems & Component Libraries

  Build, maintain and document reusable components, style guides, and responsive grids to ensure consistency across projects.

• Interactive Prototyping

  Craft clickable prototypes, animations and user flows directly in Figma to validate UX decisions and hand off to development.

• Collaboration & Handoff

  Work hand-in-hand with our web development team in Figma, ensuring clear specs, redlines and smooth transitions to code.

• User-centered Iteration

  Apply feedback from user testing, analytics and stakeholders to iterate designs rapidly and effectively.

• Brand-aligned Digital Design

  Translate client brand guidelines into cohesive web experiences—typography, color, spacing, imagery.

🤝 How You’ll Work

• Figma as your single source of truth for all UI/UX design, versioning and comments
• Asana/ClickUp for task management and sprint planning
• Regular syncs with Project Managers and Front-End Developers to refine scope and timelines in English.
• English-language daily stand-ups (minimum very good B2, or better C1 level)
  
  ✅ What You Bring
• 5+ years of professional Web/UI design experience
• Absolute mastery of Figma: components, variants, auto layout, prototyping, plugin ecosystem
• Solid understanding of responsive design principles and CSS limitations
• Experience building and documenting design systems at scale
• Strong portfolio showcasing web & mobile work created entirely in Figma
• Excellent communication skills; you can articulate design rationale clearly to developers and clients
• Highly organized, self-driven and comfortable managing multiple sprints or projects in parallel
