Dynamics 365 Administrator / Power Platform Developer

We’re looking for a skilled Dynamics 365 Administrator with development experience to support and enhance our Customer Service and Power Platform environment. This role includes building and maintaining flows, screens, and automations — as well as owning admin tasks like user roles, security, and data structure. Experience with agentic tools or chatbots is a strong plus.

 

Core Responsibilities:

  • Administer and support Dynamics 365 (Customer Service)
  • Build and maintain Power Automate flows
  • Develop and maintain Power Apps screens
  • Handle plugins, workflows, and light C#/JavaScript customizations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on scalable, maintainable solutions
  • Bonus: Experience with chatbot frameworks or agentic tooling


Requirements:

  • 3+ years of hands-on Dynamics 365 administration
  • Solid Power Automate skills
  • Familiarity with Dataverse, Power Apps, and solution packaging
  • Development mindset and comfort with both code and low-code
  • English proficiency (written and spoken)
