Sales Manager (Outsourcing / Outstaffing EU, US Markets) Offline

We are looking for a Sales Manager who’s ready to build a sales process from scratch and drive business growth for a new outsourcing & outstaffing direction. We already have strong in-house development teams — now we need a sales leader who can help us connect with clients across Europe and the USA.

With full internal support and ready-to-go development resources, we’re looking to grow our presence in the global market.

 

🔧 What You’ll Do:

 

Build and execute a B2B sales strategy from the ground up

Identify and reach out to potential clients (via LinkedIn, email, Upwork, etc.)

Establish and manage a client pipeline

Present our engineering teams to potential partners and tailor our offering to client needs

Work closely with the founders and delivery team to align business goals with client expectations

Contribute to shaping the brand and positioning in the outsourcing/outstaffing market

 

🧩 Requirements:

 

Proven experience in IT sales, preferably in outsourcing or outstaffing

Strong understanding of the software development life cycle and IT services

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Fluent English (B2+), both written and spoken — for calls, emails, and presentations

Experience working with clients from the US and/or Europe

Self-driven mindset and readiness to take full ownership of the sales function

 

🎯 Will Be a Plus:

 

Established network in the tech/startup/enterprise space

Familiarity with Upwork or other freelance platforms

Understanding of various engagement models (T&M, dedicated team, fixed price)
