• Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Business or Systems Analyst.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand complex workflows.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication for stakeholder interaction and information transfer.
  • Experience in requirements elicitation via interviews, workshops, observation, and document analysis.
  • Ability to document and manage functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Proficiency in requirements documentation (BRDs, use cases, user stories, acceptance criteria).
  • Knowledge of process modeling tools and notations (BPMN, UML).
  • Skills in gap analysis and impact assessment.
  • Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Understanding of APIs, their functionality, and system integrations.
  • Ability to understand and map data structures for system interoperability.
  • Structured, results-oriented approach with practical problem-solving skills.
