ODDITY is a consumer-tech company that builds and scales digital-first brands to disrupt the offline-dominated beauty and wellness industries. 

We are looking for a Data Analyst with strong analytical capabilities and business acumen to support the optimization of marketing spend, user journeys, and customer acquisition funnels. You’ll work cross-functionally with growth, product, lifecycle, and medical teams to build out the data foundation for a high-growth, consumer-first brand.

 

πŸ” What You’ll Do

  • Analyze funnel and product performance to surface actionable insights
  • Detect anomalies and troubleshoot funnel issues in real-time
  • Build dashboards and reports that align product, growth, and leadership
  • Lead projects to improve retention, LTV, and CAC
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, growth, lifecycle, and medical teams
  • Improve and manage analytics infrastructure and pipelines
  • Support executive strategy with clean, validated, impactful data
     

πŸ› οΈ Tools & Skills We Use

  • SQL (PostgreSQL / Redshift), Python, Looker, GA / GTM, Excel
  • Data visualization (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI)
  • Optional: ETL tools, pixel tracking, A/B testing, S2S integrations
     

βœ… Requirements

  • 2+ years as a Data/Business Analyst (DTC or eCom experience is a plus)
  • Strong SQL and analytical skills
  • Excellent communicator, fluent in English (B2+)
  • Experience running cross-functional data projects
  • Degree in Math, Statistics, CS, Economics, or similar

  • Python proficiency
  • Experience with telehealth or regulated data (HIPAA)
  • Familiarity with attribution models and lifecycle metrics
