Project Team Lead Offline

We are a global product company operating in the iGaming sector, with a strong presence across the world. We are looking for a responsible and well-organized Project Team Lead  to streamline our team’s digital workspace and ensure smooth daily operations.

 Key skills:

• 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager and 1+ years as a Lead, preferably in the iGaming industry.
• Proven ability to audit and restructure workflows, responsibility matrices, and operational processes
• Hands-on experience in setting up and optimizing task management systems (ClickUp, Jira, etc.)
• Strong skills in documentation management, including onboarding materials, access protocols, and payment procedures
• Experience in defining, formalizing, and implementing cross-departmental PM processes
• Track record of successfully identifying team skill gaps and supporting hiring or upskilling initiatives
• Strong capability in content operations management: streamlining banner, icon, and news placements
• Skilled in developing and implementing structured goal-setting and progress-tracking systems
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with a focus on efficiency and scalability
• Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English (both written and spoken)

Key responsibilities:

• Review and update the responsibility matrix : Reassess your team’s skills and current workloads. Redistribute tasks based on strengths and company needs. 
• Evaluate and strengthen the team: If there are skill gaps, identify them and support the hiring or upskilling of the right people. 
• Refresh essential documentation: Together with the team, update onboarding guides, access management rules, and payment processes. 
• Clarify and document PM processes: Work with each team member to ensure that all cross-departmental PM processes are well-defined and documented. 
• Optimise our ClickUp setup: Audit and improve task templates, workflows, and documentation per department. 
• Streamline content management processes: Help the team improve how we place banners, icons, and news updates on the site. 
• Introduce a system for goal-setting and progress tracking: Develop a clear, structured method for defining and monitoring team objectives.
