What We’re Building

We’re reimagining how internet culture becomes marketing. Our upcoming MVP will let users create and share meme content directly from the platform and earn based on real engagement. We’re now shaping the core product experience, and we’re looking for a designer to bring that vision to life with us.

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer who thrives in early-stage environments and loves transforming rough ideas into real, functional user experiences.

You will be responsible for both UX structure and UI execution, helping us shape how users interact with our platform.

This is a hands-on design role. You'll collaborate directly with founders and dev teams, and you’ll own the full design lifecycle from user flows to prototypes to polished Figma files ready for dev.

The ideal candidate quickly and effectively translates product vision into clean, intuitive user experiences, from rough prototypes to complete, production-ready UI.
 

You will:

• Own design across core product experiences: creator flow, campaign creation, landing pages, meme tools, profiles, etc.
• Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes in Figma
• Work closely with founders and devs to ensure design feasibility and quality
• Maintain a lightweight design system
• Rapidly iterate based on feedback, user behavior, and testing
• Conduct competitor research and bring fresh UI/UX ideas
• Help shape the overall product experience and visual language
   

What you bring:

• 2+ years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design
• Strong portfolio that shows clean UI, thoughtful UX, and systems thinking
• Mastery of Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping)
• Experience designing web applications (not just websites or landing pages)
• Solid grasp of responsive design and usability principles
• Ability to move fast, simplify, and adapt to changes
• A builder mindset: you care about shipping real things, not just pretty decks
• Excellent communication and self-management skills
   

Nice to have:

• Passion for meme culture, internet trends, and online subcultures
• Familiarity with Web3 UX patterns (wallets, tokens, NFTs, on-chain interactions)
• Background in growth design, or viral content products
• Curiosity for emerging tools, AI-powered workflows, and builder culture
