Key Responsibilities

  • Search for relevant forums, communities, and social media pages where our target audience “lives.”
  • Organically initiate and maintain discussions. Naturally, as one of the community.
  • Write comments, give advice, and answer questions in a way that people believe it’s based on real experience, not just a sales pitch.
  • Work with reviews on various platforms: collect them, respond, and communicate.
  • Monitor messages and comments on Facebook, Instagram, and Telegram.
  • Spot new topics that concern our target audience and help the brand jump into all important conversations in time.
  • Analyze where comments worked and where they didn’t — and optimize your approach.
  • Maintain simple reporting.

 

Candidate Requirements

  • 1.5–2 years of experience in crowd marketing.
  • English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
  • Ability to write naturally — not by template, but like a real person.
  • Sense of tone: knowing when it’s okay to joke, and when to stay serious.
  • Responsibility — because communication with people is about building reputation.
  • Ability to find the right topic for discussion and, if needed, become the center of dialogue.
  • Initiative and desire to be the “voice of the brand.”

 

Nice to Have

  • Experience with review platforms (Trustpilot, Reviews.io, Google Reviews, etc.).
  • Understanding of communication specifics on various social networks and forums.
  • Experience in crisis communication.
  • Ability to catch the tone of a community and engage with the audience as an equal.
