SEO team manager Offline

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in team management, ideally in marketing or SEO-related teams
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools
• Solid understanding of SEO (on-page, technical, keyword research, content workflows, reporting)
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Confidence to work across departments with different roles and responsibilities
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
• English level: Intermediate+
• Experience with Google Search Console, GA, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or other SEO tools

Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the SEO task pipeline using JIRA: tracking tasks, managing backlogs, organizing sprints
• Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews
• Work closely with the team and other team members to coordinate deliverables, deadlines, and dependencies
• Monitor the progress of ongoing SEO initiatives and proactively address blockers or misalignments
• Collect, compile, and present performance reports and progress updates to the CIO
• Support alignment across SEO, development, design, and content teams
• Help ensure that tasks are clearly defined, scoped, and delivered on time
• Maintain documentation and knowledge base of SEO workflows, guidelines, and sprint outcomes
• Maintain a high-level understanding of SEO best practices to assess task relevance and support quality control
