Junior UX/UI Design Internship $ Offline

We’re Minded — a design studio where design meets psychology. 

We’re opening up a 3-month paid internship ($200) for new designers who just finished a design course and want to get their first real-world experience.

What you’ll do:

• Work on real client and internal projects (with guidance!)
• Learn our process, tools (Figma, Notion), and design systems
• Get direct feedback and mentorship
• Walk away with a mini project you can add to your portfolio

You’re a fit if:

• You recently completed a design bootcamp or course
• You know your way around Figma
• You’re curious, responsible, and ready to learn
• You want to work with a thoughtful, remote-first studio

We’re not looking for polished portfolios — just honest effort, clear communication, and a willingness to grow.
