Graphic and Infographic Designer Offline

We're hiring a thoughtful, reliable, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our creative team. Your core responsibility will be to create custom visuals for articles - including infographics, conceptual illustrations, diagrams, charts, and other editorial-style graphics.🎨

✏️What You’ll Be Doing

Turn Articles into Visual Stories

• Read and interpret English-language articles (topics include legal, business, and technical content)
• Identify core ideas and turn them into visuals: diagrams, timelines, frameworks, comparisons, and more (AI tools are welcome!)
• Design graphics that boost clarity, engage readers, and support SEO

Own Your Design Process

• Interpret briefs with care and ask questions if anything is unclear
• Iterate based on constructive feedback, without taking things personally

Communicate & Collaborate

• Work closely with our cross-functional team (designers, content creators, product managers, marketers)
• Communicate primarily in writing (Intermediate+ English required)
• Collaborate in a respectful, direct, and solution-oriented way

Grow, Adapt, and Contribute

• Use modern tools, and be open to experimenting with AI-powered features (Midjourney, ChatGPT, Figma AI, etc.)
• Respect deadlines and take ownership of your schedule

✅What We Expect

• Strong portfolio with a focus on infographics, diagrams, article visuals, or editorial graphics
• Proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop
• Ability to work at least 4 hours overlapping with 8 AM–5 PM EST
• Intermediate or higher written English (spoken English is a plus)
• You think before you design, and never blindly follow unclear instructions
