About Quoroom:

Quoroom is a London-based financial technology company specialising in regulated capital raising, SPV and VC funds management software. We streamline capital raising, investor relations, and deal execution, helping our clients grow their networks and secure investments. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Success Manager to join our team.

Role Overview: The Customer Success Manager will play a crucial role in supporting our clients throughout and after investment deal execution. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring they have a seamless experience on the platform, while also handling operational tasks such as filling in simple legal documents and managing invoicing processes.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main contact for clients (angel syndicates and funds) and users (investors), guiding them through investment deal execution and post-deal processes.
  • Provide responsive and solution-oriented customer support via email and chat from 9.00 to 18.00 UK time Monday to Friday, resolving inquiries with efficiency and empathy.
  • Collaborate with clients to fill in legal documents, such as investment agreements, subscription forms, and SPV-related paperwork.
  • Manage invoicing, including issuing invoices and supporting clients with any billing-related questions.
  • Ensure accurate calculations of fees, investment amounts, and wire transfers.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the automation of workflows.
  • Work closely with internal teams (Product, Legal, and Finance) to address client needs and streamline operations.
  • Collect client feedback to enhance the user experience and inform product development, you will also works with the development team on resolving user specific issues and testing platform functionality.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Quoroom’s platform, its features, and the venture capital ecosystem.

 

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Law, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer success, finance operations, or legal support, ideally in a fintech or venture capital setting.
  • Strong understanding of invoicing, contract review, and financial calculations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Ukrainian.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple client interactions simultaneously.

 

Nice -to-have Qualifications:

  • Experience in venture capital, private equity, or alternative investments.
  • Legal or finance background or experience working alongside legal or finance teams.
