We’re a stealth startup operating in the AI x Wealth Tech arena to empower mass affluents with a holistic solution to grow wealth, previously only accessible to UHNWIs. We’re leveraging game changing technology and the best commercial+design minds to build an AI native Private Bank for this audience & starting w investment advice. 

Amongst various capabilities in scope, a key product is our  virtual wealth advisor to help users navigate complexity through intelligent, context-aware interaction. Every product decision we make is shaped by how AI can remove friction, boost clarity, and help people take action. You’ll get to work at the edge of what’s possible in consumer AI, not as a bolt-on, but as the foundation.

We also believe engineers should use the best tools available. We encourage and expect use of AI-powered coding assistants like GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or Cursor to move faster, learn faster, and ship better code.

🛠️ What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain our mobile app using React Native
• Work closely with backend (Python/FastAPI) and product people to deliver smooth and responsive user experiences.
• Integrate third-party APIs and native modules where needed.
• Collaborate on the app architecture and infrastructure (OTA updates, analytics, auth, etc.).
• Help us build MLP features, ship fast, and iterate.

✅ Requirements

• Senior-level engineer with 5+ years total experience in software development.
• 1.5+ years shipping React Native apps to production.
• Strong problem-solving skills
• You actively use AI tools (Copilot, Cursor, GPT) in your workflow.
• Solid grasp of navigation, async storage, API integration, and app performance.
• Experience with third-party auth flows (OAuth, deep linking)
• Experience with OTA updates (EAS, CodePush).
• Comfortable in fast-moving, early-stage environments.

Nice to have:

• You’ve owned or shaped mobile architecture from scratch (greenfield).
• Familiar with CI, OTA, analytics, and deploying via EAS or Fastlane.
• Startup/founding team experience.
• Worked with fintech APIs like TrueLayer, Plaid, or Flanks.

This is a founding team role so while skills are important, it’s crucial you possess the traits needed to navigate a pre-launch and rapidly scaling startup. We’re moving fast, navigating ambiguity and constantly finding new ways to reach our milestones efficiently.    A casual intro chat with our Engineering Lead to get to know each other.
   
    
2. Technical Deep-Dive (60–90 min)
   
   Includes live coding (~30–40 min), dive into technical topics, and explore how you approach problems.
   
    
3. Founder / Culture Chat (45 min)
   
   Meet the founders and chat about vision, team dynamics, and what we’re building.
