Machine Learning Engineer

 About Us:

We are a fast-growing AI startup building cutting-edge solutions powered by large language models (LLMs). Our products range from automation and intelligent agents to domain-specific copilots for clients across the US, Europe, and Asia. We're now looking for an experienced Senior LLM Engineer to help us push the boundaries of what LLMs can do.

What You’ll Do:

• Design and implement LLM-based solutions using OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, LLaMA, or similar
• Develop and optimize prompts for specific business use cases (prompt engineering)
• Fine-tune and adapt foundation models using techniques like LoRA, QLoRA, PEFT, instruction tuning
• Build and maintain inference pipelines for evaluating model performance and scalability
• Design and improve RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems for production use
• Stay on the edge of the latest LLM and NLP research and apply best practices
• Collaborate with product managers, ML researchers, and backend engineers

Requirements:

• 4+ years in software or ML engineering, with 1–2 years working specifically with LLMs
• Strong Python skills; experience with PyTorch, HuggingFace Transformers
• Hands-on experience with prompt engineering and prompt chaining (LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.)
• Experience with fine-tuning LLMs and efficient model adaptation
• Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Weaviate, Qdrant)
• Solid understanding of model evaluation techniques (BLEU, ROUGE, perplexity, human evals)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, research-driven environment

Nice to Have:

• Experience deploying LLMs in production (APIs, Docker, GPU scaling)
• Knowledge of multi-modal models or embeddings
• Publications or open-source contributions in NLP or ML
• Experience with data labeling, synthetic data generation, or model alignment
