DevOps Engineer Offline

PIN-UP Global is an international holding specializing in the development and implementation of advanced technologies, B2B solutions and innovative products for the iGaming industry. We provide certification and licensing of our products, providing customers and partners of the holding with high-quality and reliable solutions.

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team!

Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or related fields, with at least 3 years of experience working on AWS infrastructure.
- Strong track record of managing and automating cloud infrastructure for large-scale applications.
- Experience in microservices architecture, distributed systems, and scaling production environments.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working closely with development teams.

AWS Services:
- Deep knowledge of core AWS services like EC2, VPC, S3, IAM, RDS, CloudWatch, Lambda, and Route 53.
- Strong hands-on experience with EKS for container orchestration and RDS (Relational Database Service) for managing databases.
- Familiarity with other AWS services such as ElastiCache, DynamoDB.

Kubernetes & Containerization:
- Extensive experience managing production workloads on Kubernetes (preferably via EKS).
- Knowledge of Helm, Kubectl, and containerization platforms like Docker;
- Experience with Kubernetes RBAC, network policies, and monitoring (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana).
- Experience with ArgoCD.

Infrastructure as Code (IaC):
- Proficiency with tools like Terraform.
- Version control best practices for infrastructure code.

Database Management:
- Managing and tuning RDS (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Clickhouse);
- Understanding of backups, restores, snapshots, and database scaling in the cloud.

CI/CD Pipelines:
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitLab/GitHub CI.
- Automating testing, deployment, and monitoring of services.

Scripting & Automation:
- Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, or other automation languages.
- Automation of repetitive tasks and creating self-healing systems.

Monitoring & Logging:
- Experience with AWS CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog for monitoring and log aggregation.
- Ensuring observability in cloud systems with proactive monitoring and alerting.

Networking & Security:
- Understanding of VPC networking, security groups, IAM roles and policies, and encryption best practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot network issues and optimize performance across distributed environments.

Other fundamental skills:
- Linux. Installation and configuration
- System Design Pattern knowledge
- Experience with on-premise infrastructure

- Performing the deployment, maintenance and migration of the services of the department

- Participate in creation of software deployment strategies

- Research, test and execute new techniques for software development

- Planning new capacities and services

- Managing and analysis of the department infrastructure documentation

- Create and implement Automation tools and maintain Configuration
