Data Solutions Architect (Generative AI)

We are seeking an experienced Machine Learning Solutions Architect specializing in Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and AI Agents. In this role, you will be  Generative AI solutions utilizing AWS services (S3, Redshift, and Snowflake)

Key Responsibilities

• Design, fine-tune, and optimize generative AI solutions utilizing AWS services, (S3, Redshift, and Snowflake)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate generative AI solutions into existing workflow systems
• Conduct experiments, analyze results, and implement improvements to enhance model performance
• Develop efficient data processing pipelines for model training and inference
• Optimize models for production deployment with attention to scalability and performance
• Establish documentation standards and practices for models, datasets, and processes
• Drive technical standards and best practices across teams
• Spearhead complex ML initiatives from concept to production
• Collaborate with leadership to define technical vision and strategy
• Evaluate and drive adoption of emerging technologies 

Required Skills

• Proven expertise designing and optimizing large-scale LLM deployments for enterprise use
• Experience engineering AI solutions using Databricks
• Strong practical knowledge of diverse data storage systems
• Strong practical expertise with  AWS
• Deep understanding of the mathematics behind modern machine learning, linear algebra, and statistics
• Experience making architectural decisions and trade-off considerations
• Deep understanding of ML infrastructure, operations, and monitoring
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
• Strong communication skills with ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Deep understanding of LLM evaluation methodologies and benchmarking frameworks
• Experience designing complex multi-agent systems that operate autonomously
• Deep understanding of  transformer-based models and GANs. 
• Strong experience with frameworks ( PyTorch, TensorFlow,Keras)
• 5+ years of programming experience in Python and SQL
• Expertise in data preprocessing and feature engineering for AI -ML model training
• Proven knowledge of architecting  data pipelines, ML pipelines, and ML training and serving methodologies
• Familiarity with CI/CD as a part of MLOps and LLMOps, familiarity with IaC tools ( Biceps and/or Terraform)
