Who are we searching for?
We’re looking for a Recruiter who genuinely loves hiring great people and wants to be part of building something meaningful. You’ll be the second recruiter on our team, working closely with hiring managers to fill key roles in Finance, Tech, Sales, and Marketing.
This role is perfect if you’re proactive, independent, and love taking ownership - from the first outreach to the final offer. If you enjoy fast-paced work, care about candidate experience, and want your work to actually matter, this could be a great match.
What are your responsibilities?
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process: from job kickoff to signed offer
- Source top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and other platforms
- Write compelling job descriptions and create outreach campaigns that convert
- Run screening interviews and coordinate with hiring managers on next steps
- Track candidates and maintain a quality pipeline in our ATS (Gem)
- Collaborate with hiring teams on defining needs, improving job description clarity, and iterating interview questions
- Deliver a smooth and professional candidate experience
- Continuously look for ways to optimize recruiting speed and quality
What are the preferred requirements for the role?
- 3+ years of recruitment experience in high-growth companies or startups
- Proven success filling senior-level roles across multiple functions (finance, tech, sales, marketing)
- Fluent in English (C1+), both written and verbal - you’ll be involved in international hiring
- Strong hands-on experience with sourcing and outreach, especially through LinkedIn Recruiter
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize under pressure
- Comfortable working autonomously in a lean, fast-paced environment
- Tech-savvy and eager to use tools that help you move faster and smarter
Will be a plus
- Prior experience recruiting finance professionals
- Experience working in small teams, startups, or being the only recruiter in the team
Reporting Structure
You will report directly to the Talent Acquisition Specialist.
