Account Manager Offline

As our account management department grows, you can become a part of it and implement new practices in account management activities. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • build strong long-term relationships with existing customers/partners;
  • maintain relationships with customers and partners to meet all the business needs;
  • provide timely, professional support via online conference calls, email, or other channels;
  • provide regular updates, daily plans, and requested reports to the CEO;
  • manage and keep track of all the legal, financial, and other agreements with ElifTech’s clients;
  • upsell new services to the existing ElifTech clients and cross-sell complementary services;
  • develop and execute account management strategies for ElifTech’s accounts;  
  • provide support in identifying and implementing account management practices. 

 

Requirements:

  • proven account management or another relevant experience (PM, BDM, Sales Manager);
  • understanding of website development, marketing, measurement and analytics, content management, digital marketing, and Internet technology;
  • fluent English (both spoken and written);
  • strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • multitasking skills;
  • a desire to learn and progress;
  • proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to details;
  • natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability and maturity.

 

Soft Skills:

  • excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills;
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment.
