HR People Partner/IGaming/CIS
We’re looking for a proactive and empathetic 💛 HR People Partner to join our growing team!
In this role, you’ll be the key connector between employees, team leads, and leadership — creating a high-performing, supportive, and engaging work environment.
You'll also help modernize HR processes and policies, shaping the way HR works across the company 🚀
💼 Key Responsibilities:
- 🤝 Act as a trusted advisor to managers and team members on all HR-related matters
- 👂 Facilitate 1:1s, team health checks, engagement surveys, and feedback sessions
- 📈 Support employee development, performance review processes, and career pathing
- ❤️ Work on employee retention and engagement strategies
- 🧩 Help resolve interpersonal and organizational challenges
- 👥 Collaborate with HR colleagues on initiatives around L&D, recognition, and well-being
- 🔄 Participate in the modernization and optimization of HR processes and internal policies
🌱 Help shape company values and culture
✅ Requirements:
- 🕒 2+ years of experience as an HR, HR People Partner, HR Specialist or in a similar HR role
- 🗣 Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- 💛 Empathy, integrity, and a people-first mindset
- 📚 Solid understanding of HR processes and best practices
- ⚡ Experience working in dynamic or fast-paced environments (e.g. tech, startups)
🧠 Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized
🌟 Nice to Have:
- 🧭 Experience with performance management frameworks
- 🧑🏫 Background in coaching or facilitation
- 💻 Familiarity with HRIS / HRM systems and people analytics tools
- 🌍 Experience working with distributed teams
- 🔧 Involvement in change management or process transformation projects
- 🗨 Intermediate+ English (spoken and written)
