Blockchain Architect (XRP Ledger / Stellar / ICP) Offline

✔We’re looking for Blockchain Architect to support and host our various DLT solutions development initiatives. We’re working on various web2 projects that require implementing specific blockchain elements for an optimization of an existing functionality. We need a lead expert to cover technology side of those projects from ideation to deployment and further maintenance and support.
✔Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in design and development of web3 solutions and applications;

At least 3 years of experience in Solidity/Rust/Move/other smart contract and other blockchain and DLT programming languages;
At least 1 XRP Ledger and/or Stellar and/or ICP based project architected/designed/participated in.

Strong in-depth understanding of blockchain and other DLTs architecture, allowing to conduct quick and efficient investigations of new networks and their technical specifics; being able to apply those specifics to the functional specifics of the given DLT project ideas;

Understanding and experience of integration DLT solutions with web2 applications.

✔Responsibilities:
Initial assessment support: conducting technical investigations of specific project ideas with consideration of those being built on a specific blockchain;

Specifications description and advisory: preparing technical specs documents for corresponding project ideas investigated;

Taking part in the introduction and clarification meetings with technology leads from the teams of blockchains, which the assessed project ideas are based on;

Management of the development teams of the projects, based on the initial assessments conducted.
✔Nice to have:
Participation in the development teams of the initially assessed projects as a team lead

Creative thinking and ability of finding shortcuts in development aspects

Experience with enterprise grade DLT solutions implementation: supply chain, accounting, identity verification, on-chain AI and other use cases.

Experience with one or multiple blockchains from the following list: Flare, Hedera, Cardano, Tron, Aptos, Chia, Sonic, Polkadot, Kaspa, ICP, Near
