🚀 About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Affiliate Manager to lead, own, and scale our affiliate program across Tier-1 markets (US, UK, EU, etc.).
You’ll work with CPA, RevShare, and CPS models, engage top-performing traffic sources, and directly impact business growth.

This is a high-impact, high-ownership role for someone who is:

📌 Your Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard new affiliates (direct partnerships + networks)
• Launch, manage, and scale profitable offers
• Monitor traffic quality, prevent fraud, and ensure compliance
• Optimize creatives, funnels, and conversion rates
• Track and report on key metrics (CPA, ROI, LTV)
• Build and maintain long-term partner relationships
• Collaborate with product and analytics teams
• Constantly test and learn to find what scales

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years in affiliate marketing (experience in sales, media buying or SEO is a plus)
• Strong hands-on experience with CPA models and tracking tools (Keitaro, Tune, Voluum, etc.)
• A proven record of working with affiliate networks and direct deals
• A data-driven mindset and experience in campaign optimization
• English — Upper‑Intermediate+
• An existing network of affiliates is a major plus
