About the Role
Weβre looking for a Stylized Character Artist. Youβll work closely with a senior team to deliver hero-quality characters with precise anatomy, clean topology, and engine-ready output.
This is a hands-on, production-focused role for someone with a knowledge of the character pipeline β from blocking out to sculpting, from UV layout to texturing and final engine integration.
Responsibilities
β’ Create high-quality characters for Unreal Engine (β70%) and Unity (β30%)
β’ Sculpt custom elements in ZBrush, including clothing refinement and accessories
β’ Produce textures compatible with Unreal & Unity
β’ Optimize models for real-time usage: clean topology, proper UVs, and texture baking
β’ Collaborate with riggers, animators, and tech artists to ensure engine integration
β’ Deliver character assets ready for gameplay
β’ Create facial expression systems and blendshapes
Ideal Candidate Profile
β’ Expert in anatomy, with a sharp eye for form and proportion
β’ Comfortable optimizing pipeline per task
β’ Maintains high attention to detail, from silhouettes to wrinkles
β’ Loves working on games and understands how characters serve gameplay
β’ Works efficiently under deadlines and thrives in a collaborative environment
Nice to Have
β’ Experience with rigging and skinning (even basic)
β’ Ability to model and texture creatures or semi-realistic characters
β’ Understanding of facial expression systems and blendshape pipelines
