For today we are looking for a talented and passionate AI Automation Developer (Automation Engineer, Integration Specialist, or Workflow Automation Developer) to join our team.

In this position, you will be involved in the design, development, and implementation of intelligent automation solutions that connect disparate systems, automate repetitive tasks, and unlock new levels of productivity for our business.

What We're Looking For: 

• You have real experience in developing automated solutions using Make.com, n8n, Zapier, or similar no-code/low-code platforms.
• You have a good understanding of how APIs (REST, GraphQL) work, as well as the principles of using webhooks.
• You know how to integrate AI services into automation: for example, for text analysis, classification, content generation, or data extraction.
• You are able to see non-obvious opportunities for process optimization and transform complex business logic into automated scenarios.
• You have a strong attention to detail and the ability to find solutions to unusual problems.
• You are able to communicate technical ideas in simple language and easily communicate with people from other departments (marketing, sales, etc.).
• Responsible and proactive: you know how to work independently, but do not get lost in teamwork.
• You are constantly interested in new technologies and are not afraid to learn new tools quickly.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience with other automation platforms or scripting languages (e.g., Python for custom integrations).
• Familiarity with database concepts and querying. 
• Understanding of data privacy and security best practices in automation.
• A portfolio or examples of automation projects you've built. 
• Experience in a specific industry relevant to our business.

Short responsibilities

• Development and implementation of reliable automated processes on Make.com (Integromat), n8n or Zapier platforms that are easily scalable
• Building integrations between different business systems and data sources to ensure smooth interaction between them.
• Use AI tools and APIs (e.g., ChatGPT, proprietary models, natural language processing services) to automate tasks, make decisions, process information, or interact with users.
• Analyze the company's current business processes to identify opportunities for automation and offer effective solutions.
• Working closely with internal teams (sales, operations, finance) to collect needs and transform them into working automated processes.
• Ongoing support of automations: monitoring stability, efficiency, and making improvements.
• Creation of documentation for the built solutions - technical descriptions, scenario logic, user manuals.
• Keeping up with new trends in automation and AI, implementing new features in projects.
• Prompt troubleshooting of problems or failures in customized automated processes.
