HR / Talent Acquisition Specialist

Who we’re looking for
We're hiring a driven and structured HR / Talent Acquisition Specialist to help grow and strengthen our team. You’ll be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment of key roles - iOS developers, product managers, designers, user acquisition specialists, and more - and play a key role in onboarding and supporting new team members.

What you’ll do

• Manage full-cycle hiring: from job posting to offer
• Source and screen candidates (inbound and outbound, including proactive outreach)
• Conduct interviews (introductory, deep-dive, final) using our structured framework
• Collaborate with the CEO, product managers, and team leads on all hiring stages
• Prepare candidate summaries and support decision-making
• Facilitate onboarding and adaptation of new hires
• Continuously improve recruitment and hiring processes

What we expect

• 2+ years of experience hiring in digital/tech roles (product, development, design, UA)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to clearly structure your work, keep things moving, and follow up
• Confident written and spoken Russian and/or Ukrainian
• Experience working with product companies or startups is a plus
• Bonus: experience in active sourcing/hunting
