Middle Project Manager Offline
Brights continues to expand, and we are looking for a Middle Project Manager with a strong analytical mindset, technical proficiency, and a results-driven approach. Our ideal candidate possesses solid experience in PM methodologies and a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
β’ Project planning, setting goals, tasks, and scope of work;
β’ Align with customer requirements and expectations;
β’ Prepare project documentation and keep it up to date;
β’ Identify and document project risks and issues, escalating when appropriate, and developing mitigation strategies to minimize project impacts;
β’ Control and coordinate the workload of your team members (mostly 2-5 people, bigger projects up to 15), and help them with problems that arise during development processes;
β’ Maintain open and strong business relationships with customers.
Requirements:
β’ Proven track record of successfully managing software development projects, including planning, execution, and delivery for at least 2 years;
β’ Strong analytical skills with the ability to ask insightful and relevant questions to uncover client needs and expectations, and turn them into technical descriptions;
β’ Deep understanding of Agile philosophy and ability to apply methodologies like Scrum and Kanban to projects of various complexity;
β’ Ability to understand complex client requests and turn them into technical descriptions;
β’ Ability to identify risks, and coordinate with the team to find mitigation strategies;
β’ Experience in the preparation of commercial proposals and assessment of labor costs;
β’ High level of organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
β’ Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills;
β’ English level B2 or higher (written and spoken).
Would be a plus:
β’ Basic programming skills;
β’ Familiarity with current trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the web technology landscape;
β’ Understanding of software testing and quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet specified requirements.
