About the Role

You’ll sit at the crossroads of product, QA and operations: structuring tasks in Notion, coordinating with platform & CRM teams, testing new features and mapping player journeys in Figma. Perfect for an organised generalist who wants to grow into Product Owner.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Keep product backlog & tech tasks tidy in Notion (databases, templates, dashboards).
  • Draft feature requests and clarify requirements for dev & platform teams.
  • Run manual QA on new bonuses, payments, and UX flows; log clear reproduction steps.
  • Create customer journey maps, block diagrams, and UX flows in Figma.
  • Collect competitive screenshots, email,s and promos; turn them into CJM insights.
  • Coordinate banners, pop-ups, and promo assets with Design and CRM.
  • Update CMS content (banners, bonuses, landing pages).
  • Leverage ChatGPT/AI to speed up research, docs, and test cases.
     

Required Skills & Experience

  • 1.5–3 yrs in Product Ops, Project Coordination or QA within iGaming, IT or high-load digital products.
  • Power-user of Notion (relations, roll-ups, formulas).
  • Hands-on experience juggling cross-functional tasks (product, design, content).
  • Solid written English (B2+), sharp logic and detail focus.
  • Basic grasp of Agile / Waterfall, UX & retention fundamentals.
     

Nice to Have

  • Manual QA background (test cases, bug reports).
  • Figma for flow documentation.
  • Familiarity with Smartico or similar CRM platforms.
  • CMS editing experience.
