Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in coordinating ongoing projects and tasks.
• Support internal communication between the team and clients.
• Manage and deliver on multiple projects.
• Account management, direct communication with current and prospect clients.

• Ensuring smooth office operations.

   

What We’re Expect:

• English — Intermediate level or higher (written and spoken).
• Basic understanding of the project life cycle and the phases of planning
• Experience with Trello, Jira, Google Sheets, or similar tools will be a plus.
• High level of self-organization and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and a people-first mindset.

• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and adjusting when priorities change.
